CROUSE, ROBERT GORDON The death of Robert Gordon Crouse of Fredericton, husband of Marie (Jewett) Crouse occurred on November 10, 2003 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton. Born in Marysville, NB, he was a son of the late Ashley Crouse and Jean (Peterson) Brown. He worked for the City of Fredericton in the Water and Sewage Department and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4, Fredericton. Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Melvin (Carol) Crouse of Fredericton; one grandson, Troy Crouse (Jackie) and one great grandson, Anthony Crouse; one step-son, Stephen Bagnell of Fredericton; one step-daughter, Shanon Bagnell of Fredericton; one brother, Melvin (Vena) Crouse of Lower Hainesville; two sisters, Eva Harris (Bill) of Ajax, ON And Donna Hall of Orangeville, ON; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Crouse was predeceased by two brothers, Gerald Peterson and Murray Crouse. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, Brookside Drive at Douglas Avenue, Fredericton North, on Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4, Fredericton will hold a tribute service on Thursday at 2 pm from the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday at 2 pm with Rev. Carl Brewer officiating. Interment will follow in the Lower Hainesville Cemetery.
