Heathbell – J. Harold Bronson, 73, of Heathbell, passed away March 27, 2008, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Pictou, he was a son of the late Edward and Melanie (Noel) Bronson. He is survived by his children: Debbie, Pictou; Guy, Calgary; Jason, Pictou; Tara, Saltsprings; five grandchildren; brothers: Jackie, Albert, Donnie, Dougie, Bobby; sisters: Shirley, Betty, Gloria, Doris. Besides his parents he was predeceased by brothers, Henry and Murray. Cremation has taken place. No visitation by request. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday from the McLaren Funeral Home Chapel, Pictou, with Rev. Mary-Beth Moriarity officiating. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the ALS Society of Nova Scotia.
