MCLEAN, EVELYN ELIZABETH A funeral service was held for Evelyn E. McLean of Prince William at St. Clement's Anglican Church, Dumfries on Monday, December 8, 2003. Rev. Robert Barry officiated at the service. Interment was in St. Clement's Anglican Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joey Murphy, Jeremy Stairs, B.J. McLean, Phil Murphy, Gurney Price and Duane Fraser. Evelyn was born at Lake George, a daughter of the late, Malcolm and Frances (Carr) Kelly. Her death occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on December 5, 2003. She is survived by a son, Brian McLean (Laura), Pokiok Settlement; three daughters, Jean Murphy (Paul), Lake George, Mary Stairs (Brent), Harvey Station and Carol McLean (Richard), Fredericton; a sister, Ida Grieve, Wauklehegan Manor, McAdam; two brothers, Malcolm (Buck) Kelly, Lake George and Robert Kelly (Donna), Lincoln; seven grandchildren, B.J. and Alisha McLean, Cory, Joey and Randy Murphy, Becky and Jeremy Stairs; several nieces and nephews. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, Norman F. McLean, a son Vernon McLean and a sister, Agnes Kelly. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Evelyn, the family has suggested St. Clement's Anglican Church.
