DEMMONS, HELEN MARION The death of Helen Marion Demmons of Minto, N.B. occurred Monday, December 8, 2003 at the North Minto Residence. Born in Belleisle, N.B. she was the daughter of the late George and Fanny (Morrell) Thompson. Survived by four sons, Willard, (Martha) of Moncton, Jack (Fran) of Fredericton, Herb (Judy) of Minto and George (Karen) of Moncton; two daughters, Janice MacKay (Ken) of Moncton and Barbara McDermott (Bob) of Quispamsis; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; a brother, Stanley of Ontario; five sisters, Edna Yeamans of Minto, Florence Totten of Saint John, Shirley Gorham of Saint John, Frances Matheson of Halifax and Clara Pearl of BC; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Helen was predeceased by her husband John (Jack) Demmons; brothers; sisters and a grandson. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home 327-3490 with visiting today from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, December 11th, 2003 from St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church with Rev. Eileen Irish officiating. Interment will take place in the Church Cemetery. For those who wish donations made to the Church or the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
