MCRAE, FLOYD NELSON J. The death of Floyd Nelson J. McRae of Minto, NB, occurred Tuesday, December 16, 2003 at home. Born in Salmon Creek, NB, he was the son of the late Percy and Thuriza (Farraher) McRae. Floyd retired in 1993 from the Grand Lake Thermal Plant. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Survived by his loving wife Stella (LeBlanc) McRae; son, Nelson McRae; a daughter, Sheila Barton (Kenneth); three grandchildren Jennifer, Courtney and Kimberly all of Minto, NB; a sister, Shirley Lemon of Saint John, NB; an uncle Morris Farraher; several cousins. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home, 327-3490 Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 19, 2003 from the Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father M. Trzop officiating. Interment will take place St. Bridgit's Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB.
