MACDOUGALL, JOHN R. Jemseg: John Ross MacDougall, 79 of Jemseg passed away Saturday December 20, 2003 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton. Born in Amherst a son of the late Jean MacDougall he was raised in Salisbury at the home of Mary Crisp. John was the proprietor of the former MacDougall's Gas Bar and Convenience Store in River Glade. In earlier years he worked as a carpenter and farmer. He was a dedicated father and loving husband of over 58 years to Cora J. (O'Blenis), daughters Barbara White and Sharon Ward (Moe) of Riverview, Louise Allain (Dave) of Moncton, Rhonda Kilcollins (Ronald) of Florenceville, sons Ross (Lucie) of Fredericton, Warren (Rachel) of High Prairie A.B., several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Stewart. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home , 3350 Salisbury Road (3724800) with visitation Monday 2-4 and 79 p.m.. The Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday December 23 at 2 p.m. with Rev. K. Zwicker officiating. Interment at Pine Hill Cemetery, Salisbury at a later date.
