CHRISTIE, JOSHUA CHARLES (HAMMY) The death of Joshua Charles Christie (Hammy) of Fredericton NB, occurred suddenly on Friday, December 26, 2003. He was the son of Mona Christie (Kim Pond) of Fredericton NB and Mark Christie (Jean Wilkins) of Penniac NB. Josh had a heart of gold and enjoy spending time with his many friends. He loved outdoor activities, recreational vehicles, camping and most of all working in the woods with his father. Josh will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Josh is survived by two brothers; Jason Clarke and Luke Christie of Fredericton; one stepsister; Pamela Everett of Penniac, NB, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Josh was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Edgar and Marie Francis and his paternal grandparents Stanley and Faith Christie. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the Penniac United Church Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. Active pallbearers will be Jason Clarke, Justin Belanger, Kyle McCloskey, Andrew Murray, Jason Wagnies and Jeff MacPherson.
