SARGENT, JAMES MATHEW Bathurst - James Mathew Sargent, 37, of Munro St., Bathurst, died Thursday (February 5, 2004) at the Moncton Hospital, after a brief illness. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Irmine (Aubie) Sargent and the late Gerald Sargent. He worked as a mechanic for most of his life. Besides his mother of Bathurst, he is survived by; 2 Sisters, Coralyn Leighton (Wayne) of Moncton, Sheila Doucet (Cleo) of Fredericton; 3 Brothers, Robert Sargent (Dottie) of Key Largo, Florida, USA, Daniel Sargent of Sydney River, NS, and Patrick Sargent (Janice) of Bathurst. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him. There will be no visitations at the funeral home. A committal service will be held in the spring at the Spruce Grove Union Cemetery, Bridge Street in Bathurst. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home in Bathurst.
