HOLT, THELMA MADELINE The death of Thelma Madeline Holt, wife of the late Gerald B. Holt of Fredericton occurred at her residence on Monday, February 09, 2004. Born in Hodgson, Maine, USA, she was the daughter of the late David and Lona (Sherman) Orchard. She is survived by one son, Stan Holt (Lillian) of Red Rock, NB and one daughter, Esther Charland of Surrey, BC; six grandchildren, Heather Logan, Steven Holt, Mark Charland, Dan Charland, Leslie Dalziel and Leah Charland; one great grandson, Jordan Logan; two sisters, Audrey Fitzpatrick and Lucille Charlton both of Houlton, ME; several nieces and nephews. Although there will be no visitation, a funeral service will be held on Friday, February 13, 2004 at 2 pm from the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB with the Rev. Gillis Smith officiating. There will be a reception to follow the service in the fireside room. Interment will be held at a later date in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, remembrances to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
