John Alexander Cody, 39, of the Riverview Home Corporation, Riverton, Pictou County died August 21, 2008, at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. John was born in Guysborough County. John was a resident of Riverview Home Corporation for the past 21 years. He will be sadly missed by the staff and clients of Riverview Home and Thomas Lane Group Home, especially his unit family: Dave, Crystal, Jody, Dorothy, Paula, Kathy, Mary, Angie, Bernadette, Tom, Rose, Patsy and his friend Shirley. His remains will rest in the H.C.MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton for visiting from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Burial will be in the Riverton Cemetery.
