BRACKEN, ELSIE BERNICE (NEE HINCHEY) Elsie Bernice Bracken (nee Hinchey), died suddenly on March 9/2004,at age 69 at Kelowna,B.C. She is survived by her husband, Garth Bracken, sons John (Leah) of Winnipeg,Thomas of Toronto, grandchildren, Ian and Paige Bracken, brothers Francis and Raymond, sisters Phyliss and Barbara. Her Irrepressible Love, Generosity,and sense of Humour will be rememberd always. At Elsie's request there will be no Memorial Service.
