WEST, CLARA EVELYN (DOHERTY) At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, on Tuesday, March 16, 2004, Clara Evelyn (Doherty) West, age 93 years. Survived by son Keith (Mary) West of Chipman; by daughters Nina Stewart and Gladys Bigger of Saint John, Edythe Jardine and Anne (Murray) Bishop of Chipman,Patricia (David) Jordan of Albrights Corner; by brother Walter (Mona) Doherty of Chipman, by 22 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband Victor West, by son Gerald West, by daughter Sylvia Huntjens, by grandsons Tony West, Peter Huntjens and Alvin West, by great-grandson Phillip Jardine and sister Gladys West. Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home (339-6612) until Friday when funeral service will be held from Saint Augustine's Anglican Church, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Eileen Irish officiating. Spring interment in the Red Bank United Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 7-9 p.m. only. In lieu of flowers, donations to Saint Augustine's Anglican Church or the charity of donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. The Legion Ladies Auxillary will hold a memorial service at 6:45 p.m. Thursday.
