STEVENS, NORRIS JOYCE The death of Joyce N. Stevens of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Tuesday, March 30th, 2004 after a lengthy illness. Born in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Pearl (Belyea) Coombes and the wife of the late Walter Stevens. Survived by one daughter, Dorothy Stevens; two sons, Bob Stevens (Mary) and Barry Stevens (Joy) all of Fredericton; three grandchildren, Christie, Andrew and Paige Stevens and one nephew, Richard Coyle. Predeceased by her parents; husband, Walter; three sisters, Dorothy, Adele and Ruby. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Friday, April 2nd, 2004 from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Saturday, April 3rd, 2004 at 2:00 pm. Archdeacon John Sharpe will officiate. Interment will be in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery at a later date.
