TRAIL, RUBY CHARLOTTE At the Wauklehegan Manor, McAdam NB. Ruby C Trail formerly of Island View & Harvey passed away peacefully on July 2, 2004, in her 94th year. Born in Kingsclear she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Emma (Smith) Long and wife of the late William Arnold Trail. Ruby was a teacher graduating from the provincial normal school and taught in several schools in York County. She was a member of Central Kingsclear United Church as well as a life member of the Women's Institute. Surviving are her children; Marilyn Vail (Cedric) of Brockway, Gordon Trail (Liliana) of Riverview, Phyllis Warnes of Ottawa, and Charles Trail (Sely) of Stoney Creek, Ont. 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, sister Myra Prentice of Windsor N.S, & sister in law Jennie Legard of Bath, Maine, numerous nieces & nephews. Predeceased by sisters Maude Wilson & Nellie McCabe, grandson Adrian Trail. Visitation will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home on Sunday July 4, 2004 from 2-4, & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at the chapel on Monday at 3PM with Rev Dr. Norman Whitney officiating. Interment will be in the Rural Cemetery Extension.
