MACDONALD, JOHN G. "JERRY" The death of John G. "Jerry" MacDonald, of Fredericton, occurred on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Sydney, N.S., Jerry was a son of the late Archie MacDonald and Helen Sobey. Jerry is survived by his sister, Betty (Gary) Demmings of Ontario. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, on Thursday, July 15, from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 16, at 2 pm from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Pastor Joe Beesley officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Scotch Settlement Cemetery.
