MARY LOUISE WOOD-MCKAY
WOOD-MCKAY, MARY LOUISE Mary Louise (McCrea) Wood-McKay died unexpectedly on July 17, 2004 at her home in Port Hope, Ontario. She was born in Fredericton, grew up in Stanley and was the daughter of Everett and Louise (Boulter) McCrea. Mary Lou attended Stanley High School, Netherwood School in Rothesay and graduated from Fredericton Business College. She is survived by her common-law husband, Brian McKay, her eight children and her brother, Donald McCrea (Lucille). She also leaves a dear person in her life, Brian's mother, Helen McKay, and Brian's brothers David, Lawrence, Trevor and sister Margaret. Mary Lou had many friends in Port Hope where she had resided for nearly twenty years. A memorial service was held there on July 22, 2004. A committal service will be held at Fredericton Rural Cemetery Extension, located on Woodstock Road, directly across from Golf Club Road, on Friday, August 13 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Douglas Blaikie officiating. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
