HANSEN, GRETA M. The death of Greta M. Hansen of New Denmark, NB, formerly of Minto, NB occurred Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at the Chalmer's Regional Hospital. Born in Plaster Rock, NB she was the daughter of the late Bill and Margaret (Agnew) Shirley. Survived by a son Calvin (Lori) of Lake George, NB and a daughter Sandra Tingley (Eddie) of Meductic, NB: seven grandchildren, Trusten, Hayden, Anita, Tiffney, Rachael, Tanya and Eric; five brothers; three sisters; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Greta was predeceased by her husband Gordon Hansen in 1981; a son Gary and a daughter Brenda; two brothers and a sister. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home, 327-3490 with visiting on Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m. and from where funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 20, 2004 in the Parker Memorial Chapel with Pastor K. Binderup officiating. Interment will take place in New Denmark at a later date. For those who wish donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Donor's Choice would be appreciated by the family.
