MURDOCK, PHYLLIS MARY At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Saturday August 28, 2004 Phyllis Mary Murdock of Harvey Station, NB passed away at the age of 77. Born in Keswick, NB she was a daughter of the late Merle and Daisy (Griffiths) Dunphy and wife of the late John Hugh Murdock. Phyllis was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Women's Auxilliary branch # 93 Oromocto. She is survived by her children Jacqueline Mangelsen (Richard) of St. Thomas, Ontario, James Murdock of Dunnville, Ontario, Anne Louise Digby (John) of Niagra Falls, Ontario, Juanita Holton of St. Thomas, Ontario, Eldon Murdock (Katherine) of Oromocto; very special friend Bob Duncan of Harvey Station; Bob's children Wendy Smith and Peter Duncan both of Fredericton; a sister Cora Nelson of London, Ontario; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. Phyllis was also predeceased by a brother Basil Dunphy. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road with visitation Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 1, 2004 at 2:00 pm at St. Peter's Anglican Church with Rev. Ross Hebb officiating. Interment will be held in the Cherry Mountain Cemetery, Harvey, NB. Donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
