SHERMAN M. DYER
DYER, SHERMAN M. The death of Sherman M. Dyer, husband of Ada Dyer of Fredericton occurred on Thursday, September 02, 2004, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Juniper, he was the son of the late Arnold and Lois (Stone) Dyer. Sherman was employed as a architectural/draughtsman for 41 years with the Department of Supply and Services of New Brunswick. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and canoeing. Besides his wife, Sherman is survived by three daughters, Audrey (Alvin) Brewer of Burtts Corner, Mary (Dirk) DeRoose of Taymouth, and Anne Dyer of Fredericton; two brothers, John (Anita) Dyer of Ontario and Arthur (Roberta) Dyer of Ontario; four sisters, Mary Oliver of Massachusetts, Glenna (Tony) Gauvin of Woodstock, Carolyn (Al) Corey of Bear Island and Margaret (Ron) Carr of Bear Island; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Sherman was predeceased by one son, Leonard and two brothers, Weldon and Randy. There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2004 at 2:30 pm from the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Rev. Richard Bragdon officiating and Rev.
