MABEL SOUCOUP

SOUCOUP, MABEL 1920 - 2004 Mabel Soucoup, of Purdy Avenue, Moncton, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Friday, September 17, 2004 at the age of 84. Born in Pine Ridge, Kent County, she was the daughter of the late George and Anabelle (McClary) Cail. She attended St.Paul's Anglican Church, Brown's Yard and was a member of the church choir and the Alter Guild at St. Phillip's Anglican Church in Moncton. She is survived by her husband Leonard Soucoup; daughters, Iris Dressler (Dennis) of Enterprise, ON, and Margaret Wood (Gordon) of Moncton; four sons, Floyd Cail (Sylvia) of Nelson Hollow, NB, Robert Richard (Marjorie) of Saint John, Elmer Beers (Emily) of Moncton and Orley Beers of Moncton; 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was predeceased by her first husband Freebern Beers in 1965, a sister, Mary Elizabeth Cormier; two brothers, Angus Cail who was killed in World War I and Gerald Cail and by two grandchildren. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, 171 Lutz Street, Moncton on Sunday, September 19 from 7-9 pm and on Monday September 20, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at 2:00 pm with Rev. John Pierce officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
