CLOWATER, PEARLE The death of Pearle Clowater of Quispamsis, occurred after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, September 24, 2004. Born in Holtville, in 1936, she was a daughter of the late Sandy and Jean (Banks) Reid. Pearle is survived by one son, Mark Clowater of Quispamsis; one daughter, Joy Clowater of Rothesay; two sisters, Eileen (Leslie) Amos of Doaktown, Mary (Jules) Rusonik of Ontario; two brothers, Stanley (Velma) Reid of Stanley, Murray Reid of Fredericton; two grandsons, Patrick (Amy) and David. She was predeceased by her husband, Cecil Murray; two infant sons, Jimmy and Bruce; one brother, Arnold (Eileen) Reid and one sister, Elizabeth Fraser. There will be no visitation by request of the family. A funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Tuesday, September 28, from St. James the Greater Anglican Church, Ludlow, with the Rev. David Titus officiating. An interment will take place following the service in the adjoining cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be Leslie Amos, Judy Clowater, Douglas Curtis, Jimmy Reid, Graham Russell and Wendell Russell. Honourary pallbearers will be Colin Johnson, Herb Ferguson, Joey Ferguson, Jeff Reid, Danny Reid, Barry Reid and Everett Hovey.
