MORRIS EDWARD COCHRANE

COCHRANE, MORRIS EDWARD Morris E. Cochrane of Burtts Corner passed away October 3, 2004 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Fredericton on April 18, 1956, he was a son of Charles Cochrane and Jennie (Kitchen) Cochrane. Morris was employed as Service Manager at Fredericton's Northside Canadian Tire Store. He was an avid sports fan and served as an Assistant Coach of Keswick Valley T-Ball league in Burtts Corner. He enjoyed Darts and Slow Pitch Baseball but most of all, Morris enjoyed spending time with his family, his friends and attending church. Morris is survived by his wife, Audrey (Morehouse) Cochrane, four sons, Craig Cochrane, Ryan Cochrane, both of Fredericton, Jacob Cochrane and Kobe Cochrane, both of Burtts Corner; his parents, Charles Cochrane (Mildred), Nasonworth and Jennie Cochrane (Duane), Prince William; two sisters, Cindy Lukings (James), Upper Kingsclear and Christina Plumstead (Martin), Burtts Corner; four nieces and one nephew. Resting at Stone Ridge Pentecostal Church, 129 Upper Stone Ridge Road, Zealand with visiting hours Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the church on Thursday, October 7, 2004 at 2 p.m. with Pastor L. Jasper Rideout officiating. Interment will be in Stone Ridge Community Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Al Killum, Danny Powers, Jeff Curtis, Joey Morehouse, Owen Brewer and Steve Stafford. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Morris, the family has suggested the New Living Hope Community Fellowship @ Cheques payable to Audrey Cochrane or Jasper Rideout.
