MacDONALD, WAYNE LAWRENCE "RED" October 9, 2004, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital at the age of 62 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. Wayne was the son of the late Helena (McCloskey) and Ferdinand MacDonald. Wayne is survived by his companion Barbara Peterson of Fredericton Junction; his daughter Shelley MacDonald (Vincent Fizzard) of Halifax, NS; Barbara's daughters Shelley (Peter Bradley), Kathy (Raymond Boner), Denise (Ronnie Martin), and grandchildren Kayla, Devon, Jeremy, Jamie, Anthony and Dillon, all of Shelburne, NS. Wayne is also survived by his brother Earle (Nancy); his sisters Bernice (Donald Campbell) of Ottawa, ON, Ann Marie (the late Clifford Forget), Cheri (Robert Wheaton), several nieces and nephews and Walter (Elva) Norrad. At the request of the deceased, there will be no funeral service. Cremation will be held. Donations made to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
