DONOVAN, GLADYS WILLIAMS Gladys Williams Donovan of Fredericton, NB passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 24th, 2004 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital at the age of 92. Born in Red Bank, NB she was the daughter of the late William C. and Adavilla (Matchett) Hare and wife of the late Michael Harold Donovan. Gladys was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Fredericton. Survived by one daughter, Maxine A. Lester of Fredericton, NB; one son, Beverly H. Donovan of Prince George, BC; two brothers, Paul of Fredericton, NB and Allan of Sillikers, NB; one sister, Yvonne Tozer (Lindsay) of Sunny Corner, NB; five grandchildren, Michael B. Lester of Edmonton AB, Debbie Carter of Ontario, Krisann Gagnon of Fredericton, NB, Darrell Donovan of Vancover BC and Trevan Lester of Oromocto, NB and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband of 66 years, Michael Harold Donovan; one son, Darrell B. Donovan; two sisters and four brothers. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 26th, 2004 from 2-4 (family) and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony's Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 27th, 2004 at 11:00 am. Rev. Monte Peters as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Donnie Dinsmore, Martin Colford, Charlie Bowlen, Blake Palmer, Paul Sutherland and Ron Goodine.
