CHARLES A. WASSON

WASSON, CHARLES A. Charles A. Wasson, November 6th 2004, in his 91st year passed away peacefully at home. Born in Maquipit Lake, NB he was the son of the late George and Blanche (Chapman) Wasson. Charlie's wife and family were the center of his life. His legacy of devotion, love patience and kindness, lives on in the family and friends whose lives have been touched by his gentle spirit. Survived by his loving wife Lalah (Palmer) Wasson of Maquipit Lake, NB; two sons, Ted (Betty) of Maquapit Lake, NB and Phillip (Kim) of Bradenton, FL; two daughters Donna Macdiarmid (Roger) of French Lake, NB and Sandra Larsen (Gary) of Edmonton, AB; a special family friend Carole Kochanski of Oromocto, NB; eight grandchildren, Pamela Purves, Jack Purves, Buffy McLaughlin, Kurt Wasson, Candace Hughson, Shelley Cameron, Ben Wasson and Matt Wasson; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Charlie was predeceased by a sister Edyth Colwell. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home 327-3490 with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 10th, 2004 at the Scotchtown United Church with Rev. R. Stuart officating. Internment will take place in the Lakeville Corner United Church Cemetery. No flowers by request. For those who wish donations made to the Four Lakes Senior Citizens Hall or the Scotchtown United Church would be appreciated by the family.
