EGERS, OSWALD B. Sr. The death of Oswald B. Egers Sr. of Hardwood Ridge, occurred Saturday, November 13, 2004 at the W.G. Bishop Nursing Home, Minto. Born at Hardwood Ridge, NB, he was the son of the late William and Estella (McAllister) Egers. Oswald is survived by his loving wife Ashel (LeMoine) Egers; his son Oswald Egers Jr. (Madeline) and his daughter Judy Lewis (Roger) both of Hardwood Ridge; grandchildren, Kim Egers, Darren Egers, Tammy-Lee Lewis, Angela Lewis, and Katie-Lynn Lewis; great grandchildren, Colten Gary Egers and Ashlyn Marie Egers; a brother Dow Egers (Ruth) of Minto; a sister Ovilla Dickie (Ron) of Moncton and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by five brothers Alex, Rolland, Lorne, Ross and Orville. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home where the family will receive visitors on Monday from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 16th, 2004 at the United Baptist Church of Minto with Pastor Kaj Binderup officiating. Interment will follow in the United Baptist Cemetery, Minto. For those who wish, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
