MARGARET "PEGGY" RUTH ARSENAULT
ARSENAULT, MARGARET "PEGGY" RUTH After a brief illness with her whole family by her side, Margaret "Peggy" Ruth Arsenault of Fredericton passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday November 19, 2004 at the age of 74. She was born in Newcastle and raised in McAdam. Peggy was a musician, Librarian at UNB and a teacher who passed on the gift of music to many people. Music was a passion of Peggy's all of her life. Besides playing at several performances and teaching music at McAdam High School, she served as the organist at various churches, played at many weddings and dedicated her life to passing on her gift of music by teaching piano to numberous students. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter Jane Collett (Terry) of Hanwell; son Marty Arsenault (Joanne) of Fredericton; five special grandchildren Tyler, Abby, Kyle, Meghan and Jess; many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the nurses and staff on 3 East & Palliative Care at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. No visitation by Peggy's request. A service will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Monday, November 22, 2004 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery.
