FRANK WORRALL

WORRALL, FRANK The death of Frank Worrall, of Fredericton, NB, husband of Gertrude M. "Gertie" (MacKay) Worrall occurred quietly at home, surrounded by his family and friends on Thursday, December 16, 2004. Born in Calgary, Alberta, he was a son of the late Henry and Ingfred (Khristiansen-Aagaard) Worrall. Mr. Worrall was a retired Staff Sergeant with the Fredericton City Police, he was affiliated with the Devon Park Baptist Church, member of the Retired Police Association, Past Member of the Elks and enjoyed woodworking and hunting. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Marion Henderson of Medicine Hat, Alberta and one son, Ron Worrall & his wife Charlene of Fredericton; a daughter-in-law, Carla Worrall of Douglas; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Cameron of Surrey, BC; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Worrall was predeceased by one son, Doug Worrall and one brother, Wilfred Worrall. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, North on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 20, 2004 at 2 pm from the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, Fredericton, NB with Rev. Lawrence Meade officiating. Interment will be in the Fredericton Rural Extension Cemetery in the spring. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated by the family.
