GARNET KEITH MUNN

MUNN, GARNET KEITH The death of Garnet Keith Munn LCMDR of Oromocto, husband of Matilda Mary (Power) Munn passed peacefully away on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born in Hayesville, NB, he was the son of the late Ransford Gray Munn and Gladys Evelyn (McKay) Gosline. Mr. Munn retired as an off-site Coordinator with Come-Bye-Chance, Refinery, NFLD and was a CIC Cadet Officer. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Dolores Dooley (John) St. John's, NFLD and one son, Ransford Grey James Munn (Caroline) of Rusagonis, NB; five grandchildren, Kieran, Shayne, Lukas, Keira and Shay Lynn; two sisters, Jeny Cudjo (Willy) of Oklahoma, USA and Alice (Ralph) Urquhart of Richmond Hill, ON; two brothers, Clarence Munn (Ann) of Petawawa, ON and Hartley Gosline (Margo) of Edmonton, AB; and several nieces and nephews and special cousins Barney McKay and Bertie Munn. Special thank you to Emmit and Rev. Gargner. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother Barney Munn and one sister Ruby Munn. Visitation will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 31, 2004 at 11 am from the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, Fredericton, NB with Rev. Ken Weir officiating. Interment will be held in the Bloomfield Baptist Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated by the family.
