CRAWFORD, WINNIFRED ELIZABETH After a short illness Winnifred Elizabeth Crawford passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born in Douglas, NB, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Rose (Currie) Dunphy. Mrs. Crawford was a Retired Nurse, member of the Devon Park Baptist Church and was closely associated with the Retired Nursing Association. She enjoyed many visits with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, was an integral part of the family for many years and resided with Rosemary and John for the last six years. Mrs. Crawford is survived by one daughter, Rosemary (John) Church of Fredericton; grandchildren, Mary Beth Wilson (Peter) of Marysville and Doug Church of Toronto; great grandchildren, Taylor, Christian and Danae Wilson; a nephew, Malcolm Webb (Beth) of Fredericton and a niece Linda Lawson of Fredericton. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Percy Douglas Crawford; two sons, Murray and Douglas; one brother, Ralph Dunphy (Marguerite); one sister, Pearl Webb (Harry). Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Friday, January 7, 2005 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2005 at 2 pm from the Devon Park Baptist Church with Rev. Lawrence Meade officiating. Interment will be in the Fredericton Rural Extension Cemetery at a later date.For those who wish, remembrances to the Bruce Moore Fund would be appreciated by the family.
