MORTON, DOUGLAS "DOUG" EDWARD The death of Doug Morton of Fredericton, NB occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Saturday, January 15, 2005. Born in Marysville, NB, he was the son of Marion (Whitlock) Morton and the late Maurice A. "Pat" Morton and husband of the late Marlene (Jones) Morton. Doug is survived by his sons, Curtis and Brent both of Fredericton, NB; daughters, Denise Weir (Yvon) of Lincoln, NB and Angela Weir (Michael) of Rusagonis, NB; four brothers, Donald "Bud", Gerald (Christina), Keith (Carol) and Cedric "Ted" (Shirley) all of Fredericton, NB; two sisters, Jacqueline Cornford of Noonan, NB and Marlene Dunnett (Stan) of Fredericton, NB; five grandchildren, Anthony, Mandy, Shannon, Brandon and Amber and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will take place at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 18th, 2005 from 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held in the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, January 19th, 2005 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Pine Hills Cemetery in Toronto, ON.
