DOBBELSTEYN, ERNEST HENRY The death of Ernest H. Dobbelsteyn occurred at his residence at Pine Grove Nursing Home on Monday, January 24th, 2005. Born in Fredericton, NB in 1934, the oldest son of the late Ernest A. and Mary E. (Cook) Dobbelsteyn. Ernest attended St. Dunstan's school and the Halifax school for the blind. Survived by three brothers, Gerald M. (June) Dobbelsteyn of Fredericton, NB: Francis Dobbelsteyn (Judy) of Rusagonis, NB and Joseph (Mary) Dobbelsteyn of Fredericton, NB; two sisters, Pauline Mott (Robert) of Fredericton Junction, NB and Anne Marie Barton of Prince George, BC and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and a brother in law Howard Barton. No visitation by request. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Catholic Church on Friday, January 28, 2005 at 12:00 Noon. Monsignor Brian Sheehan as celebrant. Interment will take place in the Hermitage Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish remembrances, donations may be made to the Pine Grove Nursing Home Foundation,.
