ALDUS MAURICE SEVECK
SEVECK, ALDUS MAURICE Aldus M. Seveck of Temperance Vale passed away unexpectedly at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on February 2, 2005. He was born at Temperance Vale in 1930, a son of the late Frank and Hilda (Feero) Seveck. Aldus was a carpenter by trade and for several years was the manager of Nackawic Building Supplies. Following his retirement he spent many hours in his home workshop constructing furniture and crafts. He enjoyed square dancing and was a longtime member of the Headpond Twirlers. He is survived by his wife, Julia E. (Wright) Seveck; two daughters, Elaine Jewett (Paul), Temperance Vale and Sharon Corey (Bill), Pokiok; two sons, Michael Seveck (Ginette) and Jerry Seveck (Kim), both of Temperance Vale; two brothers, Ivan Seveck (Leola) and Ronald Seveck (LaVerne), both of Temperance Vale; his grandchildren, Troy Jewett (Natasha), Julie Jewett, Jason Corey (Julie), Jennifer Morehouse (Shawn), Terry Seveck, Eric Theriault, Janic Theriault, Jeremie Seveck and Courtney Seveck; his great grandchildren, Karah and Nathaniel Morehouse, Byron Jewett and Alexandra Heppell; several nieces and nephews. Aldus was predeceased by a sister, Marion Seveck and a brother, Jack Seveck. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 5, 2005 at 2 p.m. with Pastor David Carter officiating. Interment will take place in the Temperance Vale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Wayne Seveck, Steven Seveck, Glendon Dore, Paul McHatten, Eugene Dickinson and Curtis Christie.
