KENNETH EDWARD HALL

HALL, KENNETH EDWARD Kenneth E. Hall of Harvey, York County died February 22, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton. He was born in Toronto, Ontario on April 10, 1926, a son of the late Thomas Gordon Hall and Laura Edna Pringle. Ken was in the army for 18 months and when World War II ended he was based in Vernon, BC. During his working years he was employed with Swift Canadian Co. Ltd, Algoma Steel Corporation, Canadian Pittsburgh Industries Ltd. and the New Brunswick Industrial Safety Council. His last 18 years of employment was as safety coordinator with NB Department of Transportation. Ken is survived and much loved by his wife, Jocelean Swan Hall; two daughters, Kathi Sheriko and her husband Tom of Wolfville, NS and Cyndi Hall of Halifax, NS and their brother, Sean O' Connor of Halifax, NS and their mother, Shirley O'Connor of Halifax, NS; three grandsons, Jordan, Jeffrey and Matthew Sheriko all of Wolfville, NS; one sister, Nadine Brothers of Oakville, ON; two brothers, Fergus Hall and Basil Hall and his wife Muriel all of Toronto, ON; a sister-inlaw, Grace Hall of Toronto, ON; his Swan-in-laws, Matthew and Sandra Swan of Matapedia, PQ, Burke and Patricia Swan of Allentown, PA, Eleanor and Fred Bartlett of Fredericton and Gladys Swan of Tide Head, NB; many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Ken was predeceased by his parents, a brother, Clayton Hall, a brother-in-law, Wilford Brothers and a sister-in-law, Gwen Hall. Visitation will be held at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Hwy, 3, Harvey Station, NB on Saturday, February 26 from 2 to 5 p.m. Funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon, February 27, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Knox Presbyterian Church, 2412 Route 3, Harvey, York Co., NB with Rev. Bonnie Wynn officiating, assisted by Rev. Dr. William L. Randall. Interment in Harvey Settlement Cemetery at a later date. Pallbearers will be grandsons Jordan, Jeffrey and Matthew Sheriko. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Knox Presbyterian Church Building Fund, Harvey Settlement Cemetery, the Kidney Foundation or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. www.flewellingswan.com
