Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer, on Thursday, June 12, 2008, age 85 yrs, of Long Pond. Predeceased by brothers, Malcolm, Noah, Ernest, and Carroll, sisters Rita, Phoebe and Elsie. Left with fond and loving memories his wife and best friend Frances, children Roy (Zita), Rita (Eggie), Rosalind (Gerald), Reuben (Vera), Menzel (Lorraine), Louise (Lorne), Douglas (Annie), Paulette (Craig), Karen (Gerry), 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, sisters Ellen, Nancy and Esther.
