Retired Railway Engineer of 42 years with CNR. Passed peacefully away at Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Friday, June 13, 2008, Wilson Stanley of Clarenville, aged 91 years. Predeceased by wife Printzling; daughter Karen; sisters: Violet Ivany, Susan McLish and Shirley Wornell; brother Sebdee Stanley and grandson Randy. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters: Marie (late Pat Butler), Grand Falls-Windsor, Lily (Don Sparkes), Kitchener, ON, Daphne Loveys (David Baird), Milton and Joan Brennan, Florida; sons: Robert (late Jean Stanley), Don (Norma) and Rudy (Diane), all of Clarenville and Tim (Cindy), Grande Prairie, AB; sisters: Sadie (late Ches White), St. John's and Dulcie (late Melvin Ivany), Winterbrook; a large number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends. Resting at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville, 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cremation and memorial service to follow with interment at United Church Cemetery, Church Hill, Clarenville.
