GOOSNEY, DAISY The death of Daisy Goosney of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday, May 13th, 2005. Born in Cape Freels, NL, she was the daughter of the late George and Minnie (Janes) Stokes. Survived by sons, Charles Elias Noseworthy and Ronald (Maryanne) Goosney and daughters, Evelyn (Butch) MacNaughton of Fredericton, and Florence Tays, Barnesville; granddaughters, Brittany and Jana; sisters, Violet Stagg and Evelyn Mullett; sistersin-law, Anne Hickie and Edith Stokes; brother-in-law, Cecil, plus many nieces and nephews; as well as special friend Alfred Reid. Predeceased by first husband, Joseph Noseworthy and second husband, Frederick Goosney, infant daughter, Elizabeth, much loved son-inlaw, Glen Tays; brothers, Aubrey and Martin, and sister, Lucy. Visitation will be held at McAdam Select Community Funeral Home on Monday, May 16th, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, May 17th 2005 at 2:00 pm. Major Leo Vincent will officiate. Interment will be held at a later date.
