BELL, PHYLLIS ELEANOR Phyllis E. (Howland) Bell of McAdam and formerly of Harvey passed away peacefully at Wauklehegan Manor, McAdam on March 26, 2005. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, George and Dorothy (Whitlock) Howland, her husband, J. Raymond Bell, two brothers, Bruce and Kenneth and three sisters, Marion, Genevieve and Hazel. She is survived by two brothers, Jack (Inez) and Ralph; three stepchildren, Vaughan (Nicolle) Bell, Terry (Irene) Bell and Gloria Keeghan; nine step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at Salvation Army Citadel, 120 Westmorland Street, Fredericton, NB at 2 p.m. with Major Leo Vincent officiating.
