KEARNS, GERALD Gerald Kearns, 61, of Oromocto, NB, passed away peacefully June 3, 2005 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born in Windsor, ON, September 2, 1943, he was the son of the late Louis and Louise Kearns. Gerald is survived by his wife, Vivian (Francis), two daughters, Tina (Darrin) Walters of Oromocto, NB and Karen (Shane) Henderson of Fredericton, NB, son Jason (Heather) of Halifax, N.S.; six grandchildren, Brandon and Ryan Walters, Isaac Henderson and Emily, Lauren and Nicholas Kearns; sister-inlaw Donna of Windsor, ON; nephew Christopher Kearns. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Keith. Gerald served with the Canadian Forces for 24 years retiring as a Sergeant with the Signal Corps, was a member of the Black Watch Association and the Legion, an avid golfer and devoted family man. At Gerald's request there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. www.rivervalleyfuneral.ca
