MACLENNAN, M. KATHERINE (NEE MCLEOD) Peacefully and with great dignity at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital after a long and wonderful life on June 11, 2005; the beloved wife of the late Dr. Ian A. MacLennan. She is survived by her two daughters Katherine Ann Sutherland (Robert) of Rothesay, NB, and Mary Jane MacLennan (John Webb) of Victoria, BC; four grandchildren, Marisa and Ian Sutherland of Montreal and Sarah and Matthew Harper of Vancouver; her twin sister Margaret Mode of Vankleek Hill, ON; sister-in-law Jean MacLeod of Saint John and brother-in-law Dr. Jack McMartin of Montreal, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Donald and Christy McLeod, her two sisters Alexina Wilson and Hilda McMartin and her brother D. Roderick MacLeod. Her caring concern for others and love of family will continue to be an inspiration for all of us. Gratitude goes out to Doreen Beckwith and the compassionate staff of the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's United Church on Monday, June 27, 2005 at 2:00 pm. Rev. David Fisher officiating. Please join the family following the service. A private family interment will be held the following day at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens, Moncton, NB. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the N.B. Divison of the CNIB or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
