CLEGHORN, GEORGE ELDON (BUD) George E. (Bud) Cleghorn of Harvey Station passed away at his home on August 27, 2005. He was born at Lawrence Station in 1938, a son of the late Almont and Stella (Scott) Cleghorn. George is survived by his present wife, Marjorie Cleghorn; his former wife and the mother of his children, Pat Miville, Ontario; a son, George Cleghorn (Cathy), Halifax, NS; a daughter, Doris Cleghorn, Ontario; a sister, Marie Smith (Skip), Thornville, Ohio; a brother, Allie Cleghorn (Kim), Harvey; three grandchildren, Alex and Mark Cleghorn, both of Halifax, NS and Michelle Malloy, Ontario; his step-children, Michael Bollinger, Barbara Mapes (Mike), Richard Bollinger (Melinda) and Judy Rawlins (Alan), all of Columbus, Ohio; eight step-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Holly Cleghorn in 1999 and a niece, Darleen Cleghorn in 1981. Resting at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station with visiting hours Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Mel Calhoun and Rev. George Clark officiating. Interment will be in Harvey Settlement Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Skip Smith and Allie Cleghorn. Active pallbearers will be George Cleghorn, Alex Cleghorn, Mark Cleghorn, Nate Scott and Carl Vail.
