CORFIELD, CLIFFORD JAMES The death of Clifford James Corfield husband of the late Carrie (McInnis) Corfield occurred on September 24, 2005 at the York Manor Nursing Home. Born in Saskatoon, SK he was the son of the late Albert and Alice (Bailey) Sparkes. Clifford was a retired mechanic. Clifford was survived by one son William (Elizabeth) Corfield of Saint John, NB; two grandchildren; one half brother Harold (Shirley) Sparkes of SK; one sister-in-law Jean (Eric) Sweatman of SK and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents and wife Clifford was predeceased by one brother Albert and one half brother Norman Sparkes. There will be no visitation or funeral service by request of the family. A private graveside service will be held in the Chipman United Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances made to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
