PARKER, ELLA MARY The passing of Ella Mary Parker of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Monday, November 21, 2005. She was 88. Ella was born May1, 1917 in Belledune, NB. A homemaker, she was a great woman of faith. She was predeceased by her husband Leon S. Parker, a son Royden, a daughter Marion Hargrove, her mother Margaret, chosen parents James and Angela Hickey as well as brothers George and Junior Doucette. Survived by daughters, Juanita Carson and her husband Fred of Fredericton and Edna Hopkins and her husband Goldwin of Chipman; 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great grandaughter; four brothers, Dale Doucette (Diane), Edward Doucette (Glenna), Donald Doucette (Vera) and Earl Doucette (Florence) all of Fredericton; two sisters, Opal Doucette (Leo) of Fredericton and Theresa Jackson (Ward) of BC; two chosen brothers, Gordon Hickey (Erma) of Fredericton and Delphis Hickey (June) of Newcastle, NB; several nieces and nephews. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, where visitation will be held Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Wednesday morning, November 23, 2005 at 11:00 AM followed by interment in the Red Bank Cemetery, Chipman, NB at 1:00 PM.
