YOUNG, ELEANOR ELIZABETH Eleanor Elizabeth Young of Woodstock passed away at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Thursday, December 01, 2005, at the age of 74. Eleanor is survived by one son, Stephen Young of Victoria, BC; one daughter, Joy (Alan) Maddox and two grandchildren Erika and Jordan of Langley, BC; one sister, Greta (Don) Rushbrook of Fredericton, NB; one brother Keith (Janet) Wright of Woodstock; and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Ernest Young and her parents, Lloyd and Annie (Cronkhite) Wright. Although there will be no visitation time, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service which will be held on Monday at 2:00 pm from the Woodstock Wesleyan Church. Rev. Dale MacDonald will be officiating, with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery. Following the graveside service, a reception will take place at the Woodstock Wesleyan Church. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or any charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
