Agnes Lorraine Stack (nee Schultz) March 4, 1930 - May 12, 2008 Agnes Stack of Moose Jaw passed away peacefully on Monday May 12, 2008 at the Pioneer Lodge Nursing Home at the age of 78 years. She was born in Big Beaver, Saskatchewan and later moved to Moose Jaw to marry Kurt Stack and raised two sons, Paul and Fred. In her younger years, Agnes loved to ride her horse, Queenie on the farm. She enjoyed the outdoors including gardening and walking, but also enjoyed reading, singing, embroidering and sewing, dancing and playing checkers. She was a devoted Christian and attended Central Lutheran Church for many years. Mom was a people person who enjoyed socializing and visiting. She traveled to many locations with her two sons including California, Florida, Minnesota, Hawaii, Halifax, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Winnipeg. Predeceased by her husband, Kurt; parents: Joseph and Charlotte Schultz, Agnes is survived by two sons: Fred of Moose Jaw and Paul (Rose Marie Zita) of Moose Jaw; and two sisters: Elsie Parker (Schultz) of Regina and Margaret Pratt (Schultz) of Edmonton. The family wishes to extend their thanks to Dr. Ramadan, Dr. A.J. VanHeerden and Dr. G.B. VanHeerden for their care offered to Agnes. Thank you to the staff at Chateau St. Michael and Pioneer Lodge for the care provided to her. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Central Lutheran Church, 27 Hochelaga St. W., Moose Jaw. Reverend Doug Shepherd will officiate. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held Tuesday evening, 7-9 p.m. at the W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home. Memorials for the Alzheimer Association, #301 - 2550, 12th Avenue, Regina, S4P 3X1 would be appreciated. In living memory of Agnes, a tree will be planted in Besant Park by W. J.
