MCNEIL, JAMES ARTHUR June 7, 1930 - January 14, 2006 It is with great sorrow that the family of Jim McNeil announce his passing at his home in Vernon, B.C. Jim leaves to mourn his wife Mary (Clarkson), his wife of 57 years; children David (Gloria), Joyce (Ron), and Bev (Dana); grandchildren, Sue (Jim), DJ (Nancy), Samantha, Brandon (Stacey), Dani, Kait, Wendy (Dana), and Kelly; great grandchildren, Keagan and Sanna; two sisters, Frances Sparkes, Saint John, Joan (Lorne) Gallagher, Williamsburg; three brothers, Scott (Lila), Arizona, Terry, Alberta, and Jerry, B.C.; many nephews and nieces. Jim was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Emily, formerly of Marysville and brother-in-law and friend Don Sparkes, Saint John. Having exhausted his nine lives, the lion roars no more. He was truly loved and greatly admired and respected by his family, who will forever miss his great wit and laughing blue eyes.
