(nee Baggs) Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, Thursday, June 19, 2008, Muriel Pike, aged 95 years. Predeceased by her husband Samuel George (1999), grandson Andrew Walwyn (1966) and son-in-law Albert Bruce (2001). Leaving to mourn her loving family: four sons Humphrey (Maggie), Roger (Ida), Warwick (Christina), Philip (Yvonne); two daughters Juanita (Chesley) Roberts, and Sandra (William) Noel; one sister Rose (Basil) Vokey; special friend Lorraine Arnold; 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue with visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and then from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Funeral service to be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2008 from Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle, 565 Kenmount Road. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
