FERRIS, MERLYN FREDERICK At the Oromocto Public Hospital, Oromocto, on Sunday, April 2, 2006, Merlyn Frederick Ferris, 86 years of age. Survived by his loving wife Ernestine (Bonnor) Ferris of White's Cove, by one daughter, Gertrude (Edward) Kennedy of Hatfield Point, by three sons, Gerald (Audrey) of Whites Cove, Dwight (Margaret) of Youngs Cove, and Harold (Evelyn) of Langley, BC, by one sister Evelyn Barton of Oromocto, by 25 grand children and 26 great grandchildren and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Eslie and Hattie (Reece) Ferris, by five brothers, Garnet, Vernon, Floyd, Dolphie and Earl. Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home, with no visitation and no flowers as per his request. Funeral service will be held from the Church of God, Mill Cove, at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2006, with Rev. Phil Siggelkow officiating and Rev. Alfred Dejeet assisting. Interment in the Mill Cove Pentecostal Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the living, the Church of God, Mill Cove, or charity of donor's choice would be appreciated.
