ROSS, GORDON ALEXANDER The death of Gordon Alexander Ross of Boiestown, NB, occurred at home on April 2, 2006. Born in Holtville, NB, on June 4, 1931, he was the son of the late Irvine G. Ross and Nellie (Case) Ross. Gordon served in the Royal Canadian Navy in Korea, and was a retired bookkeeper, who worked in Saudi Arabia, and various other locations through out Canada. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 78, and the Upper Miramichi Lions Club. Gordon enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, hockey and baseball pools. He is survived by his long time partner, Linda Kilgannon (Nagle), Sister, Marie Young (Robert) of Fredericton, Brothers, Vaughn Ross (Jacqueline), Kenneth Ross, Irvine Ross (Shirley), Merle Ross (Zona) of Boiestown, Wendall Ross (Mavis) of Nashwaak Village, Floyd Ross (Carol) of New Maryland, several nieces and nephews, and his faithful dog, Misty. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one sister, Brenda Ross, and four brothers, Ellis, Darold, Glen and Cassius. It was Gordon's wish to be cremated and have no visitation.
