MCGIVNEY, AUDREY ELAINE Audrey Elaine McGivney, wife of the late Michael McGivney, of Nashwaak Bridge, NB, went to be with her Saviour on April 19, 2006 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on March 8, 1926 in Nashwaak Bridge, NB, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Daisy (Davidson) Woodcock. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Audrey is survived by three daughters, Patsy Chalek (Irwin) of Boston, Mass, Brenda Norrad (Kevin) of Boiestown, Bonnie Clowater (John) of Astle; six sons, Michael McGivney (Tammy) of Durham Bridge, Paul McGivney of Nashwaak Bridge, Wayne (Marilda) McGivney of Durham Bridge, Richard McGivney (Barb) of Durham Bridge, Dale McGivney (Pam) of Nashwaak Bridge, Robin McGivney (Linda) of Nashwaak Bridge; 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by one grandson, Corey McGivney-Norrad; two sisters, Leitha Woodcock, Freda Hayward and one brother, Merlin Woodcock. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Saturday, April 22, 2006 at 2 pm with Rev. Pat McAloon officiating. Pallbearers for the service are her grandsons. Interment will be held in the Nashwaak Bridge Community Cemetery. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
